20-year-old Yendani Mathieu lives with a mental health condition. He spends most of his time chained to a tree inside the grounds of The Pentecostal Church of Bokiccenag. He was brought to the church to be prayed over in the hope that he’d be cured of his illness. He has been given a plastic sheet to protect him from rain and insects. Northern Togo, September 2015.
