Nicaragua, San Juan del Norte, 1984
Led by former Sandinista hero Edén Pastora, known as Commander Zero, counterrevolutionary forces attacked a government-held town on the Atlantic coast. While attempting to advance from the surrounding jungle, one of Pastora’s personal bodyguards was shot in the stomach and carried away by his comrades, under fire. He died soon afterwards.

هاجمت القوات المعادية للثورة بقيادة البطل السابق في الجبهة الساندينية للتحرير الوطني إيدن باستوران المعروف أيضاً باسم القائد "زيرو"، بلدةً تسيطر عليها الحكومة على ساحل المحيط الأطلسي. أثناء محاولته التقدّم من الأدغال المحيطة، أُصيب أحد حراس باستورا الشخصيين برصاصةٍ في بطنه فحمله رفاقه تحت وابل الرصاص. فارق الحياة بعد ذلك بوقتٍ قصير.
