Pointe-du-Moulin, Montreal, Canada (2016)
Dominating the Old Port of Montréal's skyline with its considerable volume, Pointe-du-Moulin’s large silo, docks and marine towers are a reminder of the significant industrial activity that once characterized the city’s waterfront. Canada Lands Company acquired the site in 2010 to redevelop the area as part of Montréal's new harbourfront initiative. Whilst the buildings await refurbishment, a new green corridor now runs along the shoreline.
