Dune Shadows
During my time living at sea, we sailed from Madagascar to a group of islands off the coast of Mozambique known as the Bazaruto Archipelago. We arrived at a 20-mile sand dune on an uninhabited island and knew we had to fly it. This is a close-up image of paraglider pilot Gavin McClurg as he flew along the edges of light along the dune.
