Al Arouba Street
Al Arouba Street in Sharjah has been one of the most famous and oldest streets in the UAE for more than half a century. In the 1960s, a new street was built in the heart of Sharjah. It was the first street to be paved in the city and was called Al Arouba Street.
The street surrounded by many shops and landmarks such as the famous Rolla tree, and Sharjah fort. Today, the street is still bustling with movement and activity in the heart of the city.

The street surrounded by many shops and landmarks such as the famous Rolla tree, and Sharjah fort. Today, the street is still bustling with movement and activity in the heart of the city.
يعد شارع العروبة في مدينة الشارقة من أشهر الشوارع وأقدمها في الإمارات منذ ما يزيد عن نصف قرن، ففي ستينيات القرن العشرين تم شق شارع جديد في قلب الشارقة، وهو أول شارع يُرصف في المدينة وأُطلق عليه شارع العروبة.
كما كان يطل على الشارع المحلات التجارية، وسينما الشارقة، والمدرسة القاسمية، ومبنى البنك العربي، ودائرة البريد العامة، ومدرسة العروبة الثانوية، وشجرة الرولة الشهيرة، والحصن، ولازال الشارع يعج بالحركة والنشاط في قلب المدينة.
