DUBAI, UAE, OCTOBER, 2017: Scenes from the Dubai Falcon Hospital, the private facility owned by Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Dubai. This is the oldest falcon hospital in the world and is used by Sheikh Hamdan and his family and associates. The higher echelons of the UAE falconers spend millions of dollars on housing, training and caring for their falcons. Here a falcon is being checked for lung disease.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أكتوبر 2017: مشاهد من مستشفى دبي للصقور، المنشأة الخاصة بسمو الشیخ حمدان بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب حاكم دبي. يعدّ هذا المستشفى الأقدم في العالم، ويستخدمه سمو الشيخ حمدان وعائلته ومعاونيه. تنفق القيادات العليا في تدريب الصقور في الإمارات ملايين الدولارات على تجهيز مأوى للصقور وتدريبهم والعناية بهم. كما يتم فحص الصقر في هذا الموقع للتأكد من عدم إصابته بأمراض الرئة.
