Rock Dough
I have traveled now for almost 40 years, and there is not so much anymore that can surprise me and give me goosebumps. But when I stood in front of the rock formation at Cottonwood Cove in the Vermillion Cliffs, I could not believe my eyes. This was the most fantastic landscape I have ever seen. The folding of the rock plates looked like dough. This place can only be visited via permit.
