My-Taelle. Haiti
‘People were very sad after the earthquake. They lost family members, friends and their houses. When I play the clown, I can make people laugh again. I feel sad when people are sad.’
My-Taelle wants to be the ‘clown of the town’. She lives in Haiti with her mother, two brothers and four sisters. Her father left the family. After the 2010 earthquake, My-Taelle was one of the many children who couldn’t go to school.
