حصلت أحداث السيطرة على مدينة موستار من منزل إلى منزل ومن غرفة إلى غرفة وكان الجيران أعداء. فقد تحولت غرفة النوم التي تشكل ملاذ راحةٍ للمُتعبين إلى ساحة معركة حين استولى رجال الميليشيات الكرواتية على مبنى سكني طاردين منه المقيمين المسلمين.
