Many wore red scarves and lipstick symbolising the sexual nature of assaults. The women are also blindfolded in solidarity with people blinded by the police.

نساء في سانتياغو، تشيلي، ينشدون أغنية "مغتصب في طريقك" وهي أغنية احتجاجية انتشرت بسرعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وباتت تُستخدم في جميع أنحاء أميركا الجنوبية. تضع غالبية النساء الأوشحة الحمراء وأحمر الشفاه التي ترمز إلى الطبيعة الجنسية للاعتداءات كما أنهنّ معصوبات الأعين تضامناً مع الأشخاص الذين فقدوا بصرهم بسبب الشرطة.
