We drifted into a cove on the corner of Gam Island in Raja Ampat. I rolled into a dusk sea and swam gently through a living cloud of moon jellyfish following the last shafts of light. A fisherman paddled across this alien gathering in silence, disappearing into the darkness. Indonesia is a cornerstone of the Coral Triangle, an area known for extreme marine biodiversity.
